Customer Service Options - Contact Amazon's CS in one click

If you have an issue with your items, want to return them or have any other questions, here is a quick way to reach Amazon's Customer Service. Note the time difference. Occasionally, they won't be available. Just note that you may be put in contact with their outsourced office, if you contact them when their US office is not available. 

US: 

 Chat with an Agent - צא"ט עם נציג - Our recommended option - unfortunately it seems that it's been redirected to a bot (Say "Request to speak to Amazon CS Agent", and they'll usually put you through) - 12 PM till 8 AM - Israel time. To reach an agent, click "Something else" -> "I need more help" -> "Chat with us". 
האפשרות המומלצת שלנו - למרבה הצער נראה כי הוא הופנה לבוט (אמור "בקשה לדבר עם סוכן מדעי המחשב של אמזון", והם בדרך כלל יעבירו אותך) - 12 אחר הצהריים עד 8 בבוקר - שעון ישראל. כדי להגיע לסוכן, לחץ על "משהו אחר" - > "אני צריך עזרה נוספת" - > "שוחח איתנו בצ'אט".

 Apparently, if you have a pressing issue or something that the CS agents couldn't solve, and if you are really ambitious, contact the CEO's office - [email protected]

Bonus tip: if you want to see previous chats, you can just scroll up (when you have the chat window open - with their assistant/bot) and it will load previous conversations.

Update - minimum is now $49, details here המינימום החדש 49 דולר!  We've all been waiting a long time for this moment! Amazon US brought back free shipping on many items to Israel! (This happened out of the blue last night) The item must be SBA or FBA in order to qualify , in addition there are categories and certain items that do not ship at or or just cost money to import.  SBA = Sold by Amazon FBA = Fulfilled by Amazon FBM = Fulfilled by Merchant The import deposit fee and VAT still apply when the order cost exceeds $75.  Not all items have propagated this change yet, so add to cart and be patient!   It is best to pay in  USD rather than NIS because amazon's exchange rate isn't favorable, and מע"מ is calculated in USD, so any fluctuation in shekels might throw you over the exemption limit.  Lastly, you need to reach the minimum of $49 spent to hit the free shipping threshold...
