Israel Post has an option to send packages from the post office to your home (for 20 NIS)

 

We just discovered this recently, if you are in בידוד or just stuck at home... You can get packages straight to your door. No need to step foot in the post office or store pickup anymore.

There are several options, but the cheapest one seems to be My Post שליחת מדלת לדלת for 20 NIS. We do not recommend Gett Delivery because they charge by the meter (not flat-rate).
