How to contact Amazon US Customer Service Easily (Phone or Chat) and reach a human!
Start at the Amazon Website: Go to the Amazon homepage and scroll to the very bottom. Find and click on "Let Us Help You," then click "Help." Alternatively, you can go directly to:

"Help with Something Else": You'll see a list of your recent orders. Below that, find and click the box labeled "Help with something else."

"Something Else" (Again): You'll see many more options. Select "Something else" (it's usually the last item on the list).

"I Need More Help": Choose "I need more help" from the two options presented.

Choose Your Contact Method: You'll now see the choice between a phone call or online chat.
For a Phone Call:
- Click "Request call now." Select your country and click "Call me now." Note that phone support isn't available in all countries.
For Online Chat:
- Click "Start chatting now." If a new window doesn't open, ensure your browser allows pop-ups from Amazon.
- In the chat window, choose "Something else" (again, usually the last item).
- Select "I need more help" (often at the bottom of the list).
- Finally, choose "Chat with an associate now." You'll be connected to a support agent shortly.
