This form expires October 3rd, then salesforce should send the actual code on the 5th... this is mainly to verify details about you and your "company"...

When emailing Disney plus, please use a VPN to the us or Canada or have someone you know there do it... (or else you may not be able to qualify)

And the actual redemption code will expire at the end of October, so make sure to redeem it before then.

We have a popular post here  and we decided to compile the comments into it's own blog post to help more people.

There are a few requirements worth mentioning 

• Must be 18 or older 

• You must be in the US or Canada (VPN should solve this issue)

• You must create and sign in with your "Trailblazer ID".

• Make sure to set your country to the US if prompted

• You must tune into one session (at the least), between September 21, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. PT and September 23, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. PT
• You can mute the browser tab and will still be eligible

• You will need an active debit or credit card that works in the US for the Disney + payment method

• They will only charge you (and auto-renew) if you do not cancel after the 12 month period. 

• Current Disney+ subscribers are not eligible

If you fill all those requirements, Salesforce should send you a redemption code on October 5th (to start the Disney+ subscription).
Note that Disney+ may not be available yet in Israel and some other countries, but most VPNS will work. 
We also recommend this app called Privacy , which allows you to create virtual debit cards for one time transactions and/or with spending limits. It is great for these types of subscriptions, set it at $1 limit, and then the auto-renew won't be able to charge you (if you forget to cancel), because the limit would be $1.

Lastly, expect an email on October 5th with the redemption code (as long as you followed all the requirements)!
