yad2.co.il  (Second Hand) is a big Israeli website that is great for buying and selling items in various categories, from computers to cars and even find apartment rentals! (most of content is in hebrew)

komo.co.il - another site for buying and selling items, smaller than Yad2 and most of content is in hebrew.

Facebook Marketplace - Also join a Buy/Sell group for your general area so you can cross promote your product

The Jerusalem Marketplace - English speaking site for buying and selling items... much smaller market so less competition

Local city list-serve: many anglo communities in Israel have a list-serve for their elder population to communicate via email... you can certainly list things for sale on that platform. 

Whatsapp groups - these tend to be quite popular, usually ask your neighbors or friends to add you. 

Please use due diligence to check who you are dealing with and try to meet in a public place for safety. Also, make sure to verify the item actually works ;) 

Another addition, Israel has a 17% VAT on new items (not used), so this tends to inflate the price of the item on the used market by about 17% so the seller can be compensated. This can be used to our advantage if you buy an iPhone (for example), in the US with a lower sales tax (depending on state), and then re-sell it in Israel at the local competitive rates.
